This Privacy Policy describes how Sia Makerlab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Monthly Budget mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

This data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers. The App has no backend server of its own.
The optional sync feature reads and writes JSON files in a Google Drive folder that you designate. That data is handled by Google Drive under your Google account; Sia Makerlab operates no server and never receives a copy.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Our advertising partner may collect the Advertising ID, device information, IP address, general (country/region-level) location, and ad-interaction data.
The App displays the following types of ads:
Ads are requested only after the consent flow (Google UMP) has completed. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App offers an optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only confirmation of purchase status and a transaction/purchase token for verification. We do not receive or store payment card information, billing addresses, or other financial data.
The App requests the following permissions:
Used for AdMob advertising, consent, in-app billing, and the optional Google Drive sync.
Lets the App check connectivity before network operations.
We explicitly do not collect:
All locally stored data is used solely to remember your preferences and provide core app functionality. Data handled by Google services is used to display advertisements (based on your consent), process your in-app purchase, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

The App does not include any analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Data stored locally on your device remains until you clear the App's data through device settings or uninstall the App. Data handled by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies.
You can view your locally stored data within the App and delete all local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. You may also manage ad personalization through your device's advertising settings, and remove advertising by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.
Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have additional rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information.
Your data is stored only on your device. There is no cloud synchronization operated by us and no user accounts or authentication data stored by us.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data handled by third-party services may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Please refer to the relevant provider's privacy policy for details.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, displaying a notice within the App.
The App is a personal budgeting tool for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any financial decisions you make.
We are not responsible for any loss of data stored locally on your device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For EU users, it shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable EU law including the GDPR.

This Privacy Policy is available in English. If translated versions are provided, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
