About
Raining? is a weather alert app built specifically for South Korea. Without ever opening the app, a home screen widget and a morning notification answer the only questions that matter: "Is it going to rain today? Will it snow? Do I need an umbrella? Will it be hot or cold?" It runs entirely on its own with no backend server of ours, pulling weather data directly from the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) API Hub (apihub.kma.go.kr).
