This Privacy Policy describes how Sia Makerlab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Tarot Classic 1909 mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
The App is designed to operate fully offline. We do not maintain any user-data servers and do not store your personal information on our own infrastructure.
The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the Advertising ID and ad-interaction data, processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
You can reset or disable the Advertising ID via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
When you make the "Remove Ads" purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. The purchase token is stored only on your device, and purchase status is queried from Google Play. Sia Makerlab does not receive your name, email, or payment details.
Reading history, personal notes, and language preference are stored only in the on-device local database (Room). None of this data is transmitted to any server.
When you uninstall the App, this data is removed by Android along with the App.
User-Initiated Export: Tapping "Export" in the History screen invokes the Android Storage Access Framework (SAF) so that you can save a Markdown (.md) file to a location of your choosing (Drive / Downloads / another app). This action runs only when you explicitly tap it, and Sia Makerlab does not access the exported file. After export, the file is solely under your control.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions that require explicit ad consent, the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form is shown on first launch.
You can withdraw consent at any time via Settings → Privacy inside the App.
The one-time, non-consumable "Remove Ads" in-app purchase permanently disables every ad in the App.
The reading result screen includes a "Send to ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude" button. When tapped, the reading payload (question, drawn cards, meanings, optional notes) is handed off to the AI app of your choice through Android's standard share intent.
Important: Once the payload leaves the App, the data is governed by the receiving AI app's privacy policy (OpenAI / Google / Anthropic). Sia Makerlab has no control over how third-party services process that data.
If you prefer not to share, simply do not tap the button.
User-generated data is stored exclusively within the App's private storage area on the device, isolated from other apps by standard Android sandboxing.
The App permits HTTPS connections only (cleartext HTTP is disabled). Network calls are limited to AdMob and Google Play services.
This App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (per the U.S. COPPA standard). Content rating: Teen.
Due to the divinatory nature of tarot content, the App is intended for teenage and older users.
